PROCESS OVERVIEW

1. First, before we even start looking at properties, if you are not a “cash” buyer, you will need to get pre-qualified.. Pre-qualification is a simple process where you will consult with your lender and they will help you identify what type of loan you will qualify for. Most often, you’ll find the process much simpler if you use a lender who is local to this area. I can help you find the right lender.  Many sellers will not even consider a buyer without a pre-qualification letter from a lender.
2. Then, we will identify your wants and needs and we will begin to narrow down your search to find the homes that will make you happy. Then, we will schedule an appointment to go look at the properties in person. If you are from out of town, I can do a FaceTime tour with you if you’re not able to get here quickly because homes often do sell quickly.
3. You can browse through the selection of current real estate for sale in NH & Maine on my website, suzielaskin.com. I can also set you up in my “Collaboration Center” so that you’ll be automatically notified immediately when something that fits your dream property comes on the market.
